A vintage knitting pattern for a lady's sweater in 5 sizes.
To fit bust: 30" - 38".
Originally knitted using Hayfield Sphinx yarn, which was a linen and cotton mix, with a tension of 19 sts to 10cm, using 4mm needles, or the size required to give the correct tension. This yarn was classed as a double knitting weight, so you would need to substitute a similar type of yarn and for success work a tension square before starting the project.
The leaflet is from circa 1980s and its in good condition.
