A vintage knitting pattern for a baby's pram set suitable from birth to 9 months, and knitted using a 3 ply yarn.
1 size to fit 20" chest.
You will need a 3 ply yarn with a working tension of 7 sts and 9.5 rows to 1", using no. 9 (3.75mm) needles, over st. st.
(Try a 4 ply yarn, but work a tension square first, changing the needle sizes if required to achieve the given tension.)
The leaflet is from circa 1940s, printed in a very small format, measuring approx. 7" x 5" and on quite flimsy paper, but its in a good condition for the age.
