Originally knitted using Jaeger Super Chenille and with a tension of 15 sts and 25 rows to 10cm, over st. st. and using 4.5mm needles.
For success you should work a tension piece, changing your needles if needed to get the correct tension.
The pattern leaflet is dated 1981 and its in good condition.
