Vintage knitting pattern for a baby cardigan with cross over fastening and raglan sleeves, with instructions to knit in two sizes.
To fit: 20", 22" chest.
The original yarn was Ladyship Babyship Thickerknit wool, working to a tension of 6.5 sts and 8.5 rows to 1" square. Try a double knitting yarn, and work a tension square using 4mm needles. Change the needle size if necessary to achieve the correct tension.
The original leaflet is from circa 1950s.
