All were made using Lister's Lavenda 3 ply yarn, working to a tension of 7.5 sts and 10 rows to 1", over st. st. and using no. 10 (3.25mm) needles.
You could try a 4 ply yarn, working a tension square and chaning the needle size if needed, for success.
The paper leaflet is in a lovely condition, considering it is around/over 70 years old.
