Original yarn: Emu Esprit with a tension of 4 pattern repeats (28 sts) to 11 cm measured over the scallop pattern.
This yarn was close to a DK yarn in thickness, so try a DK and work a tension piece, changing needles if necessary to achieve the correct tension.
